Me N My Girl

Ok it is Wednesday and if you've not noticed it is my third post this week, I'm definitely on a roll...hehehe. Today I'm going to show you a couple of layouts I made with a new kit by Scrappin' Daisies Designs called Me N My Girl. It a great kit with a nice mix of colors that could be used for boys or girls, but it leans a little more towards the girls.

My first layout is Tom and Callie, and it is one of my most favorite pictures of them. He is holding her and she is on top of the world. I tried to pull the pink and green from the photo into the layout, and I think it worked well. I love the flowers in this kit.

My next layout is Callie again, the photo was taken after her hair straightened, which she loves. The kit has the cutest bead alpha that was fun to use.

Happiness Is...

Two days in a row...woohoo I'm on a roll, ok maybe it is more like the designers whose CTs I'm on are on a roll...hehehehe. Today I'm going to show a a great new kit by Modern June called Happiness Is and it is available at DSM and Scrapable. It is a warm fun loving kit will help you make the perfect LO's about your family, friends and life. Its filled with fun word art, sweet elements, and rich papers.

My first layout is photos of somethings that bring me lots and lots of happiness and that is my three fur babies Tucker, Cooper and Zoey. I love the the five ring frame and just had to use it. And what could be more perfect to fill it with than the sweet faces of love. Although right at this minute they are barking and driving me crazy (hehehe).

My second layout I did during a speed scrap. I don't think it was supposed to be a white space layout, but you know me that is what I like. The photos are of Tucker take on the 4th of July. I really had fun substituting in alpha words into the journaling, I had never done that before. But it is trick I will have to use again in the future.

Camping Oh My & Freebie

Hi all, have I been camping....uhhh no, I don't camp. My idea of camping is Motel 6, but Nicole of Digi-designs by Nicole has a new kit called Camping Oh My, and it is just too cute. I love the colors and the element mix is just great. I made two layouts with this kit as well as a freebie for you.

My first layout is my style of camping, I love the flashlight in this kit. It is lit and that is just too cute. I also love a kit that has a nice mix of elements and this one does.

My second layout is Cole at the lake and it looks like he is hiding some one's flip flop, but then what else does a teenage boy do at the lake to tease the girls.
